
Our process to join our Lodge...
The Application via the Website directly to the Membership Officer who then informs Worship Master, Secretary and Almoner of the interest.
Once the committee have voted in favour of the gentleman, the Membership Officer will send the necessary forms to the gentleman.
Forms completed by gentlemen are then returned to the secretary.
The secretary will write to the two referees for references.
The Membership Officer makes contact with the gentleman, has a conversation, and then arranges for two designated members, one of whom must be a Past Master for a home visit and interview.
The designated members will present a written report (signed by both members) to the Lodge Committee.
Once references have been received, the Secretary will write to members, requesting comments within 14 days.
If no objections are raised after 14 day notice period, the gentleman is contacted by the Membership Officer to advise of the initiation date.
